The Steam Tram Run takes place on Sunday, March 29, 2026, starting at 12:00 PM from Medemblik. Participants will be transported by historic steam tram to Opperdoes and Twisk, after which they can run the 5-kilometer race from Opperdoes to Medemblik or the 10-kilometer race from Twisk to Medemblik. The finish line is at Medemblik station, and all participants will receive a running shirt. This unique experience combines history with athletic achievement and has a recreational character.
